Love the quality of their buildings my 12x24 is beautiful and sturdy, their dealers leave something to be desired. Out of Pampa they use Crockett rentals LLC out of Bells, Tennessee and they are awful. Gotta pay by check or it's 4% fee. Sent payoff after only having the building 2 months waiting for the payment book. The lovely mail system got delayed so I ended up missing a deadline and had to pay$168 over the original almost $8k payoff. Such a shame for that kind of product to be associated with such a horrible business. Oh and if I wanted to make payments at 28% interest over 6 years my$8k building would have been a cool$19k.
